Lisfranc. injury 1 wk ago 2nd injury last night. today unable to walk/stand, extreme pain when flexing ankle l&r. could this require alt treatment?

Yes: Get back in to see your orthopedic surgeon/foot and ankle doc asap. If you had a Lisfranc injury & surgery, you should be in a cast, so unclear how you can flex your ankle, but see your specialist as the alignment of your foot could be compromised.
