No relation betn 2: Nagging cough can be from Asthma,Allergy, exposure to fumes. side effect of medicines or lingering cough from previous Bronchitis. If he has any heart condition, that can also contribute to cough. If none of above, have him get checked by his doctor to diagnose properly and see if he needs Chest Xray. Trial OTC Guafenesin, Ginger Tea, Turmeric can help meanwhile. Numb Pinky -I do not know:-)
