Syncope: Though investigation of heart first with halter, cardiac stress tests etc via cardiologist. Then if negative see a neurologist.

2 symptoms: Chest pains-has he had a treadmill maximal stress test to check for coronary artery problems? Recurrent right arm numbness could be due to nerve impingement(? At the wrist) or blockage in the left carotid artery. An ultrasound of the carotid arteries would be important. A neurologist would be best to evaluate the right hand complaints.
