Mind over Matter: First of all if you are not abusing the medicines; you are not addicted to them. If you are taking them for certain medical problems, see which one is helping you the least and causing more side effects and Tapper it off first under MEDICAL SUPERVISION and then go to the next one if medically appropriate.
