I am wondering why my norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) does not work first thing in the morning. i take 2, 10/325's and 1, 5/325. i have been on it for 5 months. ?

See below: Once pain is active and causing you trouble it takes time to get it back under control. So your morning dose is taking time to kick in and get control. You are probably building up a tolerance to your medication as well which just means it is harder to get the pain under control. Talk to your md about other alternatives to narcotics.
