Hirsutism: Medical treatments for PCOS are typically Oral Contraceptives (if not desiring pregnancy) and Metformin. For hirsutism component, Spironolactone may be added, it is dose dependent and the dose required to control hair growth will vary in individuals. There is also the option to consider laser hair reduction or electrolysis if one does not want to use medications.
