Missed Nortriptyline: The best approach is to ring your doc and ask what to do if you've missed a dose. That's always helpful info to have on hand, as these things come up. To help remember taking your dose, try taking at the same time regularly, setting an alarm, and setting out your dose somewhere you'll see come time for your next dose. Good luck & be well!

No complications: If you miss just one dose, you shouldn't have any complications. Just restart your usual dose tonight and continue as prescribed. Contact your prescribing doctor if you have any symptoms.
