Chest ct with contract vs caradic ct? will the chest ct show blockages?

No: Chest CT with contrast will not show blockages in the coronary arteries. Cardiac CT is specialized for evaluation of the blood supply to the heart.

What is the difference between chest CT and cardiac CT?
I am a smoker. I have low BP and my weight is 50kg. I experience chest discomfort whenever I stand or walk. Can a multislice coronary CT angio 256 miss a blockage even if my calcium score is 0?
Does a calcium Score of 0 rule out chest pain being cardiac related? Or is a Ct angiogram possibly still Warranted ?
Can a cardiac mr scan see your coronary arteries? Or a chest ct scan with contrast? Can either see if they are connecting rite?
