Can a cardiac mr scan see your coronary arteries? or a chest ct scan with contrast? can either see if they are connecting rite?

Yes but: The MRI can be used to visualize the coronary arteries. But that is still work in progress. A contrast CT of the heart does visualize the coronary anatomy extremely well.
