What is the difference between chest ct and cardiac ct?

Chest Ct : Standard chest Ct covers the entire chest, from the top of the lungs to below the diaphragms, and can be performed with our without contrast. Cardiac CT is a specialized technique using dynamic contrast enhancement and ultra thin slices to generate detailed pictures of the coronary arteries and heart. There is limited evaluation of the rest of the chest, however.

Multiple bilateral sub 4mm lung nodules stable since last Ct scan 2007. How come no other chest Ct scan mentioned these since 2007? But they mentioned it in my cardiac calcium scan? Ive had a few chest cts since 2007 and they never mentioned any it?
