I would suggest: that the fact that someone is thinking about committing suicide and has a plan means that something is not right. This is a sign that they are not well. However, a person may have thoughts of suicide without having depression. Since you have listed symptoms of fatigue, hopelessness and lack of pleasure and are on Pristiq (desvenlafaxine) - it sounds like depression is present. Please see a psychiatrist. Take care
