Depends on cause: If you have allergies, you may need a nasal steroid or antihistamine spray. If it is due to non-allergic rhinitis, then an antihistamine or ipratropium bromide (Atrovent) spray may help. Nasal steroid sprays are sold in Canada OTC. However, even if the spray works for you, you should not use it for a long time without consulting an allergist/immunologi9st or ENT physician.
