A little: Zyrtec is a new generation antihistamine and is very good at treating itching, sneezing, runny nose. It is less effective for severe nasal congestion. The product zyrtec-d contains a decongestant that may help. Also, the topical nasal steroid sprays are even more effective with less side effects for nasal congestion associated with allergies.
