Have ENT dr look at: Difficult to diagnose online but easier in person with your ENT doctor to examine it. It can be either benign or more serious, but pain is a good reason to see your doctor, and if it's getting larger.

See your doctor: or an ENT since is getting larger to determine what it is and treat it. Do you have a piercing in the are of the lump? This could be the cause.
