Lump behind ear: This could be a an inflamed hair follicle, a sebaceous cyst, or a lymph node. There are other possibilities to consider. I would recommend seen an ENT physician for evaluation and treatment. This might include antibiotics, topical medications, and possibly removal of the lump.
