CKD: Chronic GFR of 63 is CKD stage ii. Ct could be normal and does not rule out chronic kidney disease.

I guess I overtrained my biceps yesterday. Very sore. Outer arm soreness to. Never felt this kind of sore. I looked into Rhabdomyolysis. Looked at symptoms the only thing that qualified me was soreness. No dark urine or swelling etc.. Did I overtrain?
