When I'm done with cardio or weights and cooling down I feel my heart having an irregular beat, which goes away when I'm fully cooled down. Had ekg twice and heart ultrasound all normal. Is this normal?
Im currently a teen, why is that all of a sudden I felt like my heart was starting To shake right and left violently and then I started to sweat a bit. I was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder and took 2 EKGs and an ultrasound.
