Yes, it is.: Yes, it is Ok for you to take a multivitamin. Any general adult vitamin would be fine. If you know that you are anemic (Low iron level), you can take a multivitamin with iron. I often recommend a CVS brand multivitamin because it is a small pill and therefore easier to swallow than some of the larger multivitamins. You may want to ask your own doctor what they recommend.
