Sure: Don't spend too much money or expect much (or anything) from this kind of thing. Eat sensibly and stay physically fit. Ask your physician if a supplement is likely to benefit you. Pregnant woman, convalescents, vegetarians and others on limited diets, and perhaps folks actively putting on muscle are those most likely to benefit.
