Chest tightness/ weird feeling in chest / back. doctor says it's nothing life threatening but i've felt like this for 8 months. before i was healthy.

Heart? Stress?: Sometimes an irregular heartbeat can cause these symptoms, so be sure they check it. Also acid reflux can cause this, so you nay want to try Prilosec or other acid reducer. Also, stress can sometimes cause this, so see if anything is worrying you or if you're working to many hours. Good luck!

Chest tightness: Keep checking with the dr. as it may not be your heart, but may be something else that can be treated like anxiety or heart burn etc...
