Can a lot of fiber cause your stools to pass through easily but look smushy & wierd or can that just be due to ibs ?

High fiber diet: Eating large amounts of fiber will typically make your stool softer, bulkier and easier to pass. IBS can present as constipation alternating with diarrhea or just one of those symptoms with bowel movements having different appearances at different times. Most people with IBS will experience bloating with excess gas production. IBS is probably the most common disorder seen by gastroenterologists!
