Need more info: Polycythemia may be seen in various circumstances--rubra vera--associated with increase in red cells, white cells and platelets is a condition which must be determined by your physician. You can also have secondary stress polycythemia which may be associated with smoking or high altitude living. Please see your doctor to clarify your symptoms.
