Too vague: Believe it or not, a lot of illnesses sound like this. You could have mono. You could have a number of different infections (mostly viral). You could have a non-infectious disease. I assume from the fact that you've had a blood test that you consulted a doctor. Keep asking questions. If your regular doctor isn't sure what to do next, ask him to recommend a specialist.
