Whatever feels ok: The old school says white toast, bananas, applesauce and rice, but we know now that whatever sounds ok to your stomach (within reason!) is ok to take. Broth, toast, and 1/2 strength gatorade are easy on the stomach. Chicken pieces, artificial sweetener/sugar can cause problems, so just try a small amount and see what agrees with you.
