Only if...: These are not likely to cause loose stools unless one has gluten sensitivity, lactose intolerance or milk allergy. All of these are surprisingly common. Whole wheat is no more likely than white flour to cause loose stools. The best way to see if you have issues with these foods is to avoid wheat/gluten and dairy for at least 2 weeks and reintroduce them one at a time to see how they affect you.
