Not "normal," but: You may have a sensitivity to wheat or gluten. This could result in loose stools after eating a food you're sensitive to.

No: Whole wheat has fiber which adds bulk to stools and makes them looser but not super loose. If you (like at least 10-20% of people) have gluten sensitivity/intolerance this often causes loose stools, but you would not react more to whole wheat than processed wheat. If you do tolerate wheat, whole wheat is much healthier than processed wheat. See http://bit.Ly/p9o1tt for more on gluten sensitivity.
