Not "normal," but: You may have a sensitivity to wheat or gluten. This could result in loose stools after eating a food you're sensitive to.

No: Whole wheat has fiber which adds bulk to stools and makes them looser but not super loose. If you (like at least 10-20% of people) have gluten sensitivity/intolerance this often causes loose stools, but you would not react more to whole wheat than processed wheat.
