Possible ...: High WBC in CBC may be found in usual healthy persons with real kidney infection. Of course, such finding has to be correlated with clinical pictures and physicals. For detailed assessment, collect the onset, degree, duration, and interval of symptoms with their detailed sequence of event, and bring those to Doc for analysis, more Hx, physicals, and possible tests so to deduce Dx for possible Rx
