No: With any infection signs of inflammation may show with sedimentation rate or WBC elevation. But with sinus congestion, inflammation, infection these may not show. Transillumination with Flashlight may detect the congestion, and X-rays can show! Easily. Nasal,saline and a decongestant may help you resolve. If fever or worsening see ENT
