Is it normal for a heart rate to jump 30 BPM from laying down to sitting up?(ie: 72 to 102+) And stay elevated from walking around & eating? I am 28.
Wondering about heart rate. when sitting/lying down it can drop as low as 52-54, walking around it can hit 100. Exercising up to 170. Is this normal?
Had 2 ekgs a couple of days ago, but when I get up to walk outside, my heart starts palpitations and heart rate jumps to 160. Ekgs good, blood pressures spikes high, but goes back to normal when sitting down. Don't want to move, or know what to do?

When I check my heart rate, it will go back to around 60 or lower very quickly after exercise, walking, etc. If it's in 80-100, it goes down to around 60 literally within 10 seconds of stopping work out. Is this normal? No pain.
