Issues: BP is still high, so you need to continue to have that followed and treated. Sometimes people may need 2 or 3 drugs to control there blood pressure. The other issues is it appears you have some possible kidney issues with the bad back pains, dizziness and overactive bladder/bed wetting. Get an evaluation to assess both issues. Hope you feel well soon.
