Need ultrasound: Ovarian pregnancies are rare. An ultrasound can make sure your pregnancy is in the uterus if you are far enough along. Following the bHCG levels for a doubling every 48hrs helps to exclude an abnormal pregnancy. If you are faint and/or have significant pain, call your doctor.
