Eus said i have a few features of chronic pancreatitis but overall very non-specific and very none specific finding that may suggest cp but no definite findings. i'm asymptomatic. should i be worried?

Probably no concern: Not sure what EUS is. Chronic disease is repeat bouts of acute exacerbations. Generally no concern if endocrine functions like blood sugar control is good and exocrine functions such as food digestion is normal. I assume normal CT or MRI? Have you had ERCP? Any signs of gallstones or chronic alcohol use? Chronic injury may cause scar tissue and stricture. Stents in severe injury.

Possibly: Why did you have an EUS if you are asymptomatic? Did you have a CAT scan or abdominal ultrasound that indicated a possible mass in your pancreas. Unusual to have pancreatitis with no smoking or alcohol use.
