I'm asymptoic and had eus due to high lipase. what does this mean "what you have overall is some very non specific finding that may suggest chronic pancreatitis but no definite findings."?

If there is doubt, or your clinical situation has changed, please don't delay in getting a confirmatory study or second opinion. Ask your doctor to candidly share his concerns & best direct you appropriately. Not all pancreatitis is due to alcohol.

Leave it alone: Your lipase may be elevated due to a benign condition like macrolipasemia. If you do not have symptoms, then additional investigation is not warranted. Do follow-up with your doctor to monitor your absorption and pancreatic function including insulin production.
