I just have a tvus recently and the result shows that i have a thick endometrium, with 5 anechoic systic structures in my ovaries, is this bad?

It depends: It depends on how thick the endometrium is and whether it otherwise looks normal....it may be thickened as part of your normal cycle. The ovarian cystic structures may be follicles or functional cysts, again nothing to worry about if they are not too large. Speak with your doctor about the details of the results.
