Too little info: Diabetes requires multiple interventions. Diet and exercise are the two most important. If the diet is really well controlled and your sugars are still high you need to track them. Then take that to your doctor who can adjust your dosing of insulin. DO NOT INCREASE INSULIN YOURSELF, unless you have a sliding scale from your doctor.
