Constant fatigue, muscle pain and mood swings. i am on anti depressants and beta blockers for anxiety and depression but i don't feel this is thecause?

Anxiety/depression: Beta blockers can cause fatigue that may ease after 1-2 months of therapy. Without knowing what anti-depressant you're on I can't comment on side effects. I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation to rule out other causes for your symptoms.
