Tylenol (acetaminophen): It sounds like you have a viral upper respiratory infection, what people call a "cold." Try some acetaminophen (one brand name is Tylenol) for the discomfort, get lots of fluids and rest and you should feel better soon. People who smoke get a lot more of these infections, so now is a good time to quit. Seek medical care if you get a fever, severe headache/stiff neck, shortness of breath, etc.
