Ive had an mra 'tof' without contrast dye of the brain done recently. will this pick up and potential unruptured aneurysms?

Yes: Assuming the study is technically adequate, i.e. no major artifacts, it should be able to visualize most aneurysms, except it may have difficulty discerning very small aneurysms less than 5mm.

Probably.: While it may miss tiny aneurysms, the MRA you had done is a good screening exam for brain aneurysms.
