Angiogram: Angiography is the best type of exam to rule in or out a cerebral aneurysm.

Any: Any mri/mra can be used for aneurysm detection. Current mris are powerful enough to detect even small aneurysms. Gadolinium contrast (if no contraindications) is a plus since it can improve picture quality.
