hi there i have had sore throate for 3 months and have a lump near my gland inside im also a smoker im 39 could it be cancer im very worried?

See a physician: Three month pain and lump can be caused by a variety of conditions, not necessary cancer. Because the pain is 3 months it's considered chronic and needs to be immediately addressed. See your physician for complete physical exam, labs and imaging. Good luck.
