Probably not: Doesn't sound like he needs even a booster since the dog is known. You could also check the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) website or up to date recommendations. You may want to consider obedience training for your dog as well. Hope this helps!

Probably not: A dog that lives with a family, well cared for and vaccinated, and in good health, is very unlikely to have rabies. However a dog that repeatedly bites people, especially those who aren't strangers, is still dangerous and may cause significant bodily injury and significant legal consequences.
