Your best way to get rid of that is to see a psychologist or therapist, they can perform certain proceedure which may get rid of this fear such as exposure therapy, cognitive behavioral, desensitization and the likes.. If fear of dirt interferes with your activities of daily living then take the step. See a therapist.
