MRI: Do you mean subluxed L4 and L5? MRI certainly has its place in the evaualtion of back pain, but you should see your doctor to determine what the most appropriate next steps are.

Yes: While back pain can sometimes be well treated with Chiropractic therapies, recurrent back pain is more worrisome. Make an appointment with a Doctor who specializes in low back pain. He/she may recommend an MRI study.
