I'm a mum. child lives with dad. i attempted suicide, lost a leg and having issues. during family mediation, dad and i agreed i would cut off from daughter. how can i help daughter cope with this?

It may be: difficult to directly impact your daughter if you are not to have any contact with her. An indirect way to positively impact her would be to keep your relationship with her father as amicable as possible. It is also important to take as good of care as possible of yourself. That way if you reunite at some point in future - she will have a healthy mother. God Bless.

Continue Therapy: The best thing you can do for your daughter is to work hard on getting yourself well. Since you are required, for now, to not interact with your daughter, it's best to honor that agreement and let Dad give her a stable daily home environment. Once you are in a place, mentally and physically, of health, peace and stability, you can request a change in your interactions with your daughter.
