Possible dislocation: Without seeing you I can't be sure but you may have a jaw dislocation. If you still are suffering from Bell's Palsy and your complaint is on the same side that was affected it could very well be from that. If you are in a lot of pain it is most likely a jaw dislocation. If there is little to no pain it may be the Bell's Palsy. But with your history of high blood pressure, you should be seen.
