Need more info: Do you mean that the pain you were experiencing on your right side has moved to your left? Are you taking antibiotics for your tonsillitis? If so, it is unlikely that it should spread from one side to another. The best way for you to know is to have it examined, and your doctor can determine appropriate treatment. Best wishes.
