Abdominal pain : 8 months of pain deserves a little more respect. Please do go to ER if you have no primary care provider. A CT scan might be revealing. Pancreatitis can be another possibility. Also get pancreatic enzymes, lipase and amylase. Did you have any traumatic experience such as car accident? Spleen is a important organ in upper left abdomen.
