Enlarged prostate?: Pygeum has been reported to help benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH) which would be very unusual at age 24-years. Hope UR consulting a urologist. There do not seem to to be any reports of interaction with Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) Wonder in fact if you have bacterial prostatitis which would be reason for antibiotics. Did U have urine or prostatic fluid culture? No more than 10% of prostatitis cases are bacterial!
