Keep a journal: First step would be to keep a journal. When he vomits- what time of day? What did he eat/drink for the few hours before? Is it only on school days or weekends too? Have you witnessed it/actually seen the vomit or just by what he's telling you? Could he be inducing it himself? In cases like these it's all about the details in the history. You may find a pattern that will help you or your doctor.
