Follow up needed: Nausea can be caused by a number of different conditions. If there is any abdominal pain, jaundice, fever, dehydration, balance problems, please see you doctor right away. If he has heartburn, then he may need an antacid to control his symptoms. Since there are many possible explanations, it is best to follow up with your pediatrician.
